The Anxiety of Having More Panic
Attacks
The biggest problem that someone who suffers from panic attacks has to deal with is
the anxiety that they feel. It’s the anxiety or fear of having another panic attack.
This feeling of fear of another attack is what fuels more attacks and must be
overcome.
Once a person suffers a panic attack, it is pretty nerve racking, and if it happened
in a public place, embarrassing to say the least. It can be downright scary, and no one wants to experience
it again. So the fear that wells up inside this person is the fear that this may happen
again.
It’s the anxiety of having another panic attack that fuels more attacks. See the
diagram to the left.
When it comes to panic attacks, it is important that a sufferer is able to
understand and recognize the different kinds of attacks that they may have to deal with. Below we look at the
three types of panic attacks that you could suffer from at any stage during your life.
1.
Spontaneous Panic Attacks
– This is the one that is most commonly associated with
panic disorders and can happen at any time and anywhere. In most cases this attack will not be
triggered by any particular place or situation and are often the most frightening. Mainly because the person
is not sure of what has actually caused them to have the attack. It’s a mystery to them, it just seem to come
out of nowhere.
2.
Specific Panic Attacks –
Also known as cued panic attacks. In other words, something specific cued the
attack. These attacks will be triggered by a specific situation or place that the person finds themselves in.
As long as the sufferer knows what the trigger for an attack was, then there may be less anxiety about having
another attack. But, the suffer now usually will avoid that place or situation in order to avoid having
another panic attack. The down side to this is that the sufferer now has limited their life, they feel they
can no longer do that, or be there, or a panic attack will happen.
3.
Situational Predisposed Panic Attacks -
People with Panic Disorder may experience this type of attack. Some people with
Panic Disorder can be predisposed to having panic attacks in certain situations or places, although they are
not frightened of the situation or place. For example, someone may experience panic attacks while driving
their car. Sometimes they will have them, other times they won't. They are predisposed to having attacks
while driving, but the attacks are not a response to a fear of driving.
Once a person understands what types of panic attacks a person can have, then they
will be able to work out ways which can help them to avoid particular situations etc. This also helps to
reduce the anxiety that they would feel thus hopefully reducing the chance of more attacks.
However, consider this thought. If a panic attack suffer continually avoids places
or situations based on the fear or anxiety of having another attack, then they are not really free from panic
attacks. This person needs to find a way to get rid of the Anxiety that fuels further panic
attacks.
In order to do this, I strongly urge them to investigate the Panic Away system by Mr. Joe Barry. This is exactly what
he teaches in his “One Move Technique”.
Look, this technique may not work for you, everybody is different. It worked for me
in just a few days, and in the 7 years that this program has been around, it has successfully helped over
27,000 people. And the medical community is taking notice as well.
When you go to the Panic Away Website, you will also see many audio testimonials
from people that have been helped through this technique.
If that many people took the time to make a recording, and send their pictures in
etc. then there must be something really special about this.
That is what made me want to at least give it a try.
I also highly recommend that one who suffers from panic attacks, first see their
doctor. Make sure to get some tests to rule out things like heart problems etc. If the heart is fine, and you
and your doctor have ruled out any other “Physical” problems, then you have a few choices.
There are many ways to address and treat panic attacks. You could try Herbal
Remedies, take Medications prescribed by your doctor, Aroma Therapy, and so on, these are all viable way to
address the situation.
However, None of Them Address the Anxiety Issue
The anxiety of having another panic attack. The only method I have found is through
the Panic Away System.
Caution!
Before you get this system or any other for that matter, remember
this:
You cannot just read this book or listen to the tapes and expect to be miraculously
cured. You must practice this technique to get it down so to speak before your anxiety will be gone. It’s no
different than you getting the pills from your doctor, and then deciding not to take them. It wouldn’t do you
much good would it?
Consider This
Right now, Joe Barry is offering a 50% discount on his system. It normally runs
$138.00 but if you get this now before he eliminates the discount, then you can get it for just $67.95. This
also comes with an 8 week money back guarantee. If it doesn’t work for you then get your money
back.
Now I don’t know about you, but I spent much more than that on the medications that
my doctor prescribed. My doctor didn’t give me a 60 day money back guarantee either.
So, if you really want to end you’re suffering of panic attacks and get rid of the
anxiety that fuels them, click on the link below and take action. Get the system and practice
it.
