Natural Remedy to Treat Panic
Attacks
Do you suffer from
panic attacks?. All you know is that your driving in your car, something you do every day, nothing new here, but
all of a sudden you’re feeling dizzy, your chest is hurting, your sweating and having trouble breathing. Fear
wells up inside you and you simply must pull the car over to a safe place or you’re going to
crash.
Sound familiar? Maybe
you weren’t driving, but the feelings that overcame you are the same. Chances are, you’re having or had a panic
or anxiety attack.
It’s been reported
the 6.5 to 10% of Americans have been diagnosed with Panic Disorder. Now having panic disorder means that someone has had more than one panic or
anxiety attack within a period of time. It’s usually different for each person.
I am one of those
people; I suffered panic attacks for months and months before I even knew what they were. Once I finally knew
what was happening to me I started to search for some help. I am one of those people who just hates to take any
kind of drug not even aspirin.
When I went to see my
doctor, he prescribed a few medications. They were something called SSRE’s (Selective Serotonin Reuptake
Inhibitors), just a fancy way of saying (anti-depression medication). I wanted no part of that. So I tuned them
down. My doctor told me I would continue to have the attacks.
He was right. So, I
finally caved in and took the medications. My attacks slowed down 50 to 70% in frequency, but the side effects
of the medications were brutal. I had to stop taking the pills.
I started to do some
searching on the internet to see what else was available to treat my attacks and found a couple of natural or
alternative types of remedies.
I found a few
different methods of controlling panic attacks when they start, herbs, tea’s, vitamins, aromatherapy etc. But
these were only helpful in most cases if you had them with you when an attack started. But the attacks were
still happening and I was unable to have these with me at all times to take when one was starting.
Then I found two
other methods. The Linden Method and Panic Away. They were similar, I choose Panic Away. Mainly because its founder, Joe Barry is a former panic attack suffer
himself.
Joe Barry has
developed this “One Move Technique” that really works. I also learned that he has been sharing this with panic
attack suffers for about seven years now.
This method worked
for me. I was free of my attacks in just days! I no longer suffer from panic attacks and I wanted to share with
anyone who reads this how I did it and how you can too.
If you’re in need of
panic attack relief, and would like a "Natural Remedy" meaning, No Drugs, then I urge you to at least
investigate this option yourself to see if it will work for you.
