My Panic Attack Story
Hi my Name is Jim Trimble and I've got to tell
you, my panic attacks really messed me up for about 7 or 8 months. I got to a point where I didn't want to do
anything away from the house. I was afraid of having a panic attack somewhere in a public place, and I didn't
want that humiliation.
So here is my panic attack story. See if you can relate to this and I'll reveal to you how I beat
my panic attacks without medication.
You know that uneasy feeling that starts to come over you. You don't know why, nothing has happen
to make you feel this way, but it's coming on just the same and you can't stop it.
Your heart is starting to race, you feel it flutter, your chest is getting tight, you're now taking
deep breaths to try to calm yourself. You even start to wonder if this is what a heart attack feels like.
You're sweating by now and it's 70 degrees in the car. So, you pull over and find a place to try to
relaxe and let this pass. You're even ready to call 911 with your cell phone if it gets any worse.
You think, "maybe if I just get out of the car and get some fresh air, I'll be ok". So, you do and
it really doesn't help to much.
In a few minutes the feelings pass and you feel somewhat normal. Sound familiar? But you're
thinking...
"What The Heck Just Happened Here?"
You are a little embaressed, and thinking, thank god I was by myself and nobody had to see me this
way.
But, then it happens again about 3 to 4 days later.
Well, I got home and I started telling my wife about the panic attacks. But at the time I still
didn't even know I was having a panic attack. My wife had actually read something about it not to long before and
she suggested I see our doctor to make sure.
The doctor confirmed what she had suspected. He wanted to put me on something called SSRI's (these
are ani-depression medications) there medical name is (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors).
My doctor went on to inform me of the long term, and short term side effects. They included, sleep
disturbances, sexual disfuntion, and weigh gain. I've just listed the ones I can remember, the list was quit
long.
Well, at first I wanted no part of these drugs and their side effects. So I turned them down. He
told me my panic attacks would probably continue without the drugs. He was right!
After a couple more days went by, sure enough, I got that feeling again. You know the one, you know
whats coming and you can't stop it.
I had 3 more panic attacks and finally went to the doctor to get the drugs.
I Simply Could Not Go On Like This. I Had to Try Something.
After about 6 to 8 weeks of taking the drugs, I had some of the side effects the doctor
told me about. I was having sleepless nights, tossing and turning, and sometimes even violate dreams. I was gaining
weight, and just felt odd.
The next month the doctor changed the medications to try and see which medication worked best for
me and my body as he put it.
So, for the next few months I changed medications 4 times in as many months. Nothing was really
working all that well. In fact I was beginning to wonder...
Which was Worse, The Medication or The Panic Attacks?
Now let me say that I was not having as many panic attacks or as often. About 2 per month as
appossed to 2 per week. But I felt, well, just not like myself, I wasn't ME anymore.
It was at this time that I decided to start looking for information about panic attacks on the
internet.
I fournd a product that was supposed to be an herbal cure. I ordered it, and it did help a little
but only seemed to last a short time.
By this time I had thrown out all of the doctor's meds and tried this herbal thing and guess what?
About a week later I was back to having panic attacks almost once a week.
Now I was Contemplating Life With Constant Panic Attacks
Thats When I Found It. And It Worked!

I found this website called Panic Away. At first I was very sceptical.
After all I had tried everything except a therapist and had gotten nowhere. All I got was lots of medical bills and
no cure.
At the same time I was becoming desperate! I had to find something that worked! So I tried it. The
thing that made me give this one a try was that it was a method developed by a former panic attack suffer.
Finally someone who knew what I was going through.
After learning their "One Move technique", I went one week, then two weeks, a
month, and...
NO MORE PANIC ATTACKS!
In fact since I learned this One Move Technique, I have not had any more panic attacks.
Now in my opinion, this method is really a cure. At least it has been for me. I'm so glad to be
done with the drugs and their side effects, the uncertainty, and that horrible feeling that came over me when I was
about to have a panic attack.
I'm sure that not everone is the same. This worked for me and this is why I'm sharing it with you.
I hope you found this information helpful.
